【摘要】 目的总结分析充血性心力衰竭合并低钠血症的治疗有关资料,引起临床医生对心衰并发低钠血症治疗的重视。方法对我院收治心衰并发低钠血症58例患者的病史、血清钠、心衰治疗情况进行分析。结果本组54例经治疗血钠浓度逐渐恢复、心衰纠正,2例(其中1例合并低渗性脑病)治疗无效死亡,2例因病情严重要求出院最后死亡。病死率为6.8%,且与心衰严重程度、低血钠程度呈正相关。应用小剂量地高辛和卡托普利、间歇有效利尿并适当补充钠钾镁等综合措施治疗心力衰竭,有助于提高心衰缓解率和降低低钠血症的发生率。结论心力衰竭并低钠血症在临床上并不少见,其严重性应引起临床医生的重视,预后与是否合并低钠血症及其性质、程度及低渗性脑病有关,低钠血症是心力衰竭死亡的重要预测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical treatment on cases with congestive heart failure and hyponatremia. Methods Review the information of 58 heart failure incorporated with low natrium blood symptom cases. Analyze the patients’ history, blood serum natrium and heart failure treatment. Results Among these 58 cases, 54 patients’ blood natrium thickness retrieved gradually, and heart failure got normal, 2 patients died of inefficacy treatment, (one of whom incorporated with low ooze brain disease.), 2 patients died after they applied to leave the hospital because they were in a bad way. The death rate is 6.8%, and directly related to the degree of the heart failure and low blood natrium. Using small dosages of Captopril and Digoxin, frequently letting out patients’ urine and suitably supplying patients with sodium, potassium and magnesium can help to increase the patients’ heart failure remission rate and lower the happening of low natrium blood. Conclusion Heart failure incorporated with low natrium blood symptom can be seen frequently in clinic. Its ponderance should draw clinical doctors’ great attention. Doctors should preview its characters and degree,and whether it will incorporate with low natrium blood and low ooze brain disease. Low natrium blood symptom is an important forecasting criterion of heart failure death.更多还原
