通过住院病人满意度调查 提高护理服务质量

【摘要】 目的通过住院患者护理服务质量满意度调查,分析其存在的护理问题,定出有效的管理制度,提高病人满意度。方法以2005年1月份205例住院患者为对照组,2月份208例住院患者为实验组。对照组出院当天发给调查表,实验组入院当天发给调查表,两组患者离开时均收回调查表,回收率为100%,调查表由患者自填。分析调查表中存在的问题,制定整改措施,然后每日由护士向患者及家属了解情况向护长反映,及时解决。结果实验组因为注重对住院患者满意度中存在的问题及时处理,及时满足病人的需求。其与对照组调查表中各项评估内容的满意度存在显著性差异。结论只要贯彻“以病人为中心,病人至上”的服务理念,以病人的需求为导向,加强服务满意度各项调查项目的落实到位,就能使病人对护理服务质量的满意度大幅度提高。

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the quality of service in nursing care and make its management more efficient by patients satisfied rate survey. Methods Some aspects including the initiative awareness, the quality and the visualized posture in nursing services were studied in the 413 cases of inpatient before leaving hospital by questionnaire. The prompt responses were replied to 208 cases (study group) of them by the survey information. Results The patients′ satisfied rate was found being high in study group. Conclusion To solve and response promptly to the dissatisfaction or suggestion of patients can improve the quality of nursing care.
