【摘要】 目的探讨经直肠B超定位注药对临床上难治性慢性细菌性前列腺炎的疗效。方法92例病人经B超直肠定位后,准确注入敏感抗生素及其他相关药物于前列腺内。结果92例病人治愈59例,好转19例,无效14例,治愈及好转率达84%。结论经直肠B超定位注药是治疗难治性细菌性前列腺炎的有效手段,但不宜作为常规首选治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the possibility of the treatment for refractorychronic bacterial prostatitis (CBP) with puncture and injecion of medicine conducted by trans-rectal B ultrasound. Methods 92 cases with CBP accepted puncture and injection of mixed liquid of a sensitive antibiotic, conducted by trans-rectal ultrasound. Results Among 92 cases 59 were cured, 19 had improvement, 14 were ineffective (include 1 case of reverse needle road infection), healings and improvement rate amount to 84%. Conclusion Trans-rectal B ultrasound orientation injection is an effective means to treat CBP but it is not the first choice.更多还原
