【摘要】 目的研究全麻诱导常用剂量芬太尼对听觉诱发电位指数(AAI)和脑电双频指数(BIS)的影响。方法选择45例病人,随机分成3组:生理盐水组(S组)、芬太尼2μg/kg(F2组)及芬太尼5μg/kg(F5组)组。诱导时,分别给予生理盐水5ml、芬太尼2μg/kg及5μg/kg静注,4min后行OAA/S评分。结果BIS及AAI各自在给予芬太尼前后的差异明显,但F2组与F5组均有部分BIS值表现异常,但AAI没有此情况出现。结论AAI或许可以监测5μg/kg芬太尼的镇静作用,而BIS则不能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation of the rapidly extracted auditory potentials index (A-line ARX-index or AAI) and bispectral index (BIS) with the depth of sedation induced by fentanyl. Methods Forty-five ASA Ⅰ and Ⅱ adult patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia were included in this study. They were randomly divided into three groups: Saline group (S Group),2 μg/kg Fentanyl group (P2 Group),5 μg/kg Fentanyl group (P5 Group). Four minutes after the intravenous administration of 5 ml saline, 2 μg/kg Fentanyl or 5 μg/kg Fentanyl, respectively, observer’s assessment of alertness/sedation (OAA/S) scale score was assessed. AAI and BIS were monitored and their correlations with the sedation induced by fentanyl were analyzed. Results There is statistics difference for BIS or AAI after fentanyl was given from the base line in group FP2 and group FP5, However, several abnormal BIS values were observed in the two groups after fentanyl was given. Conclusion AAI maybe reflect the sedation of 5 μg/kg fentanyl, nor does BIS.更多还原
