【摘要】 目的研究作为教学基地的综合医院如何做好培养病理进修医生的教学工作。方法结合科室实际情况,从改变教学理念、统一培养计划、进行个性教学、养成工作习惯、培养自学能力、锻炼科研思维以及完善考试制度等方面作出相应改革。结果提高了教学质量,提升了进修医生的综合素质,从而达到教学相长的目的。结论培养方法成效显著,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study how to accomplish the mission teaching pathological trainees in the base level general hospitals as the teaching bases. Methods It was reformed via the changing of teaching ideas, the unification of educational plans, the implement of individuating teaching, the cultivation of working habits , self-study skills and scientific research thoughts and the improvement of examination system. Results The reform benefits the hospitals for the improvement of teaching quality and the promotion of trainees’ general quality and accomplish the aim of teaching benefits teachers as well as trainees. Conclusion The cultivating method of our department gets a good result and deserves to be popularized.更多还原
