电感耦合等离子体质谱测定人肝中48种微量元素

【摘要】 采集16例暴死人肝样品,他们死之前是正常健康人,生活在中国不同膳食类型的四个地区。利用HNO3和H2O2微波消解样品,ICP-MS测定人肝中48种微量元素。铼(Re)作为内标元素,用本法分析了国家标准物质GBW(E)081093牛肝和GBW09101人发,P,Cd,Co,Cu,Pb,Rb,REEs,Y等21种元素的测定值和标准值基本吻合。本法简便,快速,灵敏和准确。

【Abstract】 Abstrac Human liver samples were obtained in autopsy from 16 subjects died suddenly,who were healthy,normal beforedeath and lived in 4 different areas with different dietary types in China.To determine 48 micro-quantity elements in humanliver by inductively Coupled plasma mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS),Samples were microwave digested using HNO3 and H2O2.Rhenium was used as an internal standard element Standard.Reference materials of GBW(E) 080193 bovine liver andGBW09101 human hair were analysed by the described method.The analytical values of two standard reference materialsshowed close agreement with the reference values.The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.
