纳米金标记的重组核糖核酸酶谱分析技术的生物信息学评价
Bio Informatics Opinion on Spectroscopic Technology Analyzing the RNase Nanogold-labeled and Reconstructed
【摘要】 现代科学仪器和分析测试技术业已在众多的领域,特别是在生命科学技术领域获得越来越广泛的应用。常规的测试和分析工作往往限于对样品直接可测试参数的获得和评价,而对更深层次的有效信息的提取和分析评价的应用及研究较少。本文通过对由纳米标记的合成短肽重组的核糖核酸酶RNase S与野生的核糖核酸酶RNase A结构和功能的比较,探讨了在联合使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)分离纯化技术以及紫外-可见光吸收光谱和圆二色性谱(CD)等现代谱仪分析技术在生物信息学方面应用的可行性。研究结果表明,现代科学仪器及分析测试技术在生物信息学等方面有着潜在的发展活力。
【Abstract】 Modern scientific instruments and testing & analyzing technique have been widely applied in various field,especially in life science and technology.But they mostly used to get the measurable parameters and to evaluate the direct results;littler of exploring deeper and more effective information has been done.The paper studied the feasibility of combined utilizing different kinds of spectroscopic technique and method,such as HPLC,CD and UV-visible light spectrophotometer et al,in the Bio-informatics by means of testing the nanogold labeled peptide S-18 and reconstructed RNase S and comparing the structure and functions with wild RNase A.The results showed that modern scientific instrument and analysis technique has a potential developing activity in the field of bioinformatics.
