农产品品质与安全快速检测技术的进展
New Advances in Fast Detection Techniques for Quality and Security Control of Farm Produce
【摘要】 论述了2005年转基因农产品,细菌、毒素和微生物,农残、兽残及农产品品质与安全三个方面快速检测技术的进展。
【Abstract】 The new advances in fast detection techniques of transgenic farm produce, bacilli, toxin, microbe, residual pesticide and antibiotic, quality and security control of farm produce in 2005 are put forward.
