液相色谱-串联质谱技术测定卷烟烟气中烟草特有亚硝胺

【摘要】 在标准吸烟条件下采用剑桥滤片收集卷烟主流烟气粒相物,用柠檬酸-磷酸盐缓冲液与环己烷共提取粒相物,用固相萃取进一步纯化,电喷雾正离子多反应监测方式,建立了同时测定卷烟主流烟气中4种烟草特有亚硝胺的液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术。进样量20μL时,方法检出限为0.05~0.24ng/mL,线性范围均在2.5~1000ng/mL以上,线性相关系数≥0.998,回收率为90.2%~95.1%。用该方法评价了10种国内外有代表性的卷烟品牌主流烟气中4种TSNAs组分的含量,结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 A liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectrometric method was described to simultaneously determine four tobacco-specific nitrosamines in cigarette mainstream smoke. Cigarette smoke particulate, obtained under standardized ma- chine smoking, was collected on a Cambridge filter pad. The particulate was co-extracted with citric acid-phosphate buffer and cyclohexane and further purified by solid-phase extraction. Analyte identification and quantification were performed using multiple reaction monitoring with one precursor ion and two product ions as identifiers and electrospray ionization in positive mode. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.05~0.24ng/mL using an injection volume of 20μL, linear range over 2.5~1000ng/mL, linear correlation coefficients above 0.998, and recoveries 90.2%~95.1%. The method was used to evaluate the level of four tobacco-specific nitrosamines in the mainstream smoke of 10 brands cigarettes which were famous at home or abrod. The results were satisfactory.
