【摘要】 目的:了解合肥市空气微生物污染情况,并分析造成污染的可能因素。方法:采用自然沉降法于2003~2005年对合肥市95个采样点进行空气细菌总数监测,共采集样品1 355份。结果:3个年度空气细菌总数合格率分别为71%、72%和76%,差别无统计学意义(χ2=2.78,P>0.01);各类公共场所空气细菌总数合格率不同,饭店宾馆89%、咖啡厅88%、图书馆86%、美容院82%、普通旅店和饭馆81%、商场80%、医院候诊室70%、理发店50%、歌舞厅9%、乒乓球馆5%,差别有统计学意义(χ2=428.60,P<0.01)。结论:合肥市空气微生物污染状况受时间、场所等多种因素的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the air pollution of microorganisms in the Hefei city,and analyze the factors that might cause pollution.Methods:Airborne bacteria were sampled by fallen plate method at 95 collection sites from 2003 to 2005 in the Hefei city,and 1 355 samples were collected.Results:The total colonies qualified rate from the layer during 2003 to 2005 were 71%、72% and 76% respectively.The differences between different years were not significant(χ~2=2.78,P>0.05).The total colonies qualified rate were 89% for hotels,88% for cafes,86% for libraries,82% for beauty parlours,81% for inns and restaurants,80% for department stores,70% for waiting rooms of hospitals,50% for barber’s shops,9% for singing and dancing rooms,and 5% for table tennis rooms.The differences of different years and places were significant(χ~2=428.60,P<0.01).Conclusion:The air pollution of microorganisms in the Hefei city is different in different years,places and so on.更多还原
