【摘要】 目的:观察环境雌激素双酚A对小鼠血清TNF-α含量的影响。方法:每天分别以0.9 mg/kg、9 mg/kg、18 mg/kg给予小鼠腹腔注射双酚A,分别连续染毒7 d和14 d后处死小鼠,取血,测定血清TNF-α含量;结果:小鼠血清中TNF-α含量升高,肝细胞受到一定程度的损伤;结论:双酚A对小鼠肝细胞产生一定程度的损伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe effects of the Environmental Estrogen-BPA on the content of TNF-α in blood serum of mice and study the injury action of Bisphenol A in the mice liver.Methods:The mice belly cavity were injected with the high,medium and low dosage Bisphenol A once per day.7 days and 14 days after Bisphenol A was injected,the blood serum TNF-α was measured;Results:The content of TNF-α have been increased in the mice blood serum;Conclusion:The Bisphenol A is harmful to the liver of mice.更多还原
