【摘要】 目的:探讨吸烟与糖尿病的关系。方法:对某大型化工企业集团6387名职工糖尿病流行病调查数据进行分析,计算吸烟指数反映累计吸烟量,比较不同吸烟状况及吸烟量人群的年龄、体重、体重指数、空腹血糖以及餐后血糖,用多元logistic回归标化年龄后计算不同吸烟组和吸烟指数糖尿病的患病风险(odds ratio,OR)。结果:戒烟组的体重、体重指数、腰/臀比、空腹血糖、餐后血糖都高于不吸烟组和吸烟组,且差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);吸烟指数与体重、体重指数、腰/臀比、空腹血糖、餐后血糖以及糖尿病患病率都呈线性趋势;但对年龄进行标化后,未见吸烟和戒烟以及高吸烟指数糖尿病患病风险的增加。结论:吸烟与糖尿病的关系还需要做进一步的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the relation between smoking and diabetes mellitus.Method:The epidemiological data of people in chemical industry of Luzhou,Sichuan was analyzed by comparing the distribution of age,weight,BMI,FPG and postprandial glucose(2hPG)among nonsmoker,smoker and cessation smoker;smoking index was calculated to refer dosage of smoking;Odds ratio(OR) was calculated by using multiple logistic regression to adjust the age.Results:The average values of weight,MBI,WHR, FPG,2-hour postprandial glucose of smoking cessation were significant higher than nonsmoker and smoker(P<0.05);but the odds ratio was not significant high when the age was adjusted.Conclusions:It is not showed that the high risk of diabetes in smoker;More data should be got and studied about relationship between smoking and diabetes.更多还原
