【摘要】 目的:了解现有HIV诊断试剂的敏感性、特异性等性能。方法:以免疫印迹法(WB)为金标准,用9种诊断试剂进行对比检测并统计分析。结果:5种ELISA试剂和4种快速诊断试剂与WB法检测结果差异无统计学意义。结论:9种诊断试剂均可达到卫生部《HIV抗体诊断试剂临床评估方案的实施办法》中替代方案的试剂要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate and evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of HIV antibody diagnostic reagents.Methods:Contradistinctive test and statistic analysis were conducted among nine kinds of diagnostic reagents according to golden rule with western Blot(WB).Results:The testing results of five kinds of ELISA reagent and four kinds of expeditious reagent comparing with West Blot(WB)were not statistical different.Conclusion:All of the reagents can reach the demands of substituting scheme Based on “implement methods of clinical evaluation scheme of HIV antibody diagnosoic reagents”issued by Health Ministry.更多还原
