【摘要】 目的:评价BiPAP辅助通气模式治疗急性重症哮喘方法和疗效。方法:对我院2002年1月~2005年11月收治的69例急性重症哮喘发作患者,随机分为两组。两组均予以常规治疗的同时,BiPAP组给予BiPAP辅助通气治疗,比较两组症状及体征,动脉血气分析,对BiPAP辅助通气的疗效予以评价。结果:治疗组和对照组在其治疗后最终症状及体征,动脉血气分析无明显差异,但是在治疗前期是有显著差异的,治疗前期被迫予以气管切开行机械通气比例差异有显著性。结论:早期予以BiPAP辅助呼吸,配合药物的积极治疗,可更快改善症状,安全且疗效积极肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of the treatment for acute severe asthma by BiPAP assisted ventilation.Methods:69 patients with acute severe asthma from Jan.2002 to Nov.2005 were randomly divided into two groups: trail group and control group.Each group was given regular treatment,while trail group were also given the treatment of BiPAP assisted ventilation.The curative effect of the treatment of BiPAP assisted ventilation was evaluated in the symptoms,signs and arterial blood gas analysis in two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in symptoms,signs and arterial blood gas analysis in two groups after treatment.But there was significant difference in the rate of mechanical ventilation by incision of trachea in prior treatment.Conclusion:It is better to give the treatment of BiPAP assisted ventilation in prior treatment combined with medicine,which is safe effective and can better improve symptoms.更多还原
