【摘要】 目的:观察凤鸣藤茶对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:将昆明种小鼠随机分为对照组、藤茶组(2.7 g/kg.bw.4.5 g/kg.bw.9 g/kg.bw 3个剂量组),喂养30 d,比较各组小鼠免疫功能改变情况。结果:与对照组比,藤茶组小鼠免疫器官脏体比,自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性、吞噬细胞功能显著增强,溶血空斑数明显增加,小鼠DTH肿胀度各组小鼠间差异无统计学意义。结论:凤鸣藤茶具有增强小鼠免疫功能的作用,免疫毒理学方面的评价是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Feng Ming Ampelopsis grossedentata on immunity functions of mice.Methods:Kun Ming mice were divided into control group and Ampelopsis grossedentata group(2.7 g/kg·bw;4.5 g/kg·bw;9 g/kg·bw three dosage groups)After feeding for 30 days,immunity function change of each group were compared.Results:Ampelopsis grossedentata group was compared with control group.In ampelopsis grossedentata group.Organs-body ratio of immuno organs,NK cell gactivity,and phagocyte function were obviously strengthened(P<0.01),plague forming cell assay obviously increased.DTH swollen degree of mice in every group were not significantly different.Conclusion:Feng Ming Ampelopsis grossedentata have the effect of increasing immunity functions on mice,and its evaluation of immuno-toxicology is safe.更多还原
