气态甲醛致小鼠微核作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨气态甲醛对细胞遗传物质可能产生的损伤作用。方法:选用SPF级昆明种纯系雄性小鼠作为研究对象,用不同剂量气态甲醛对小鼠进行连续动态染毒处理72 h,于染毒结束后24 h观察骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核形成率,于首次染毒后第15 d观察睾丸细胞的微核率。结果:气态甲醛能诱导小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和早期精细胞微核率增加,均呈现一定的剂量—反应关系。表现出显著的遗传毒性(P<0.01)和生殖毒性(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:气态甲醛对小鼠体细胞和生殖细胞的染色体具有明显的损伤作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore potential demage effect of gaseous formaldehyde on genetic material of cells.Methods:SPF-class Kun-Ming male mice were used in experiment.The mice were exposed in different concentration of gaseous formaldehyde,the agent was administrated by continuous dynamic inhalation.After finished exposure to formaldehyde for 24 hours,micronucleus rate in bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes was measured.Exposed for 15 days,the micronucleus rate in sperm cells was measured.Results:Gaseous formaldehyde could induce the increase of micronucleus rate in bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes and early stage sperm cells all with a dose-dependent relationship between them.it indicates significant genetic toxicity(P<0.01)and reproductive toxicity(P<0.05;P<0.01).Conclusion:Gaseous formaldehyde has significant demage effect on chromsome in body cells and sperm cell.
