【摘要】 目的用高效液相色谱法测定菟丝子中对-香豆酸的含量。方法采用HypersilC18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸水溶液(25∶75),流速:1.0mL.m in-1,检测波长:308nm。结果对-香豆酸在2.0~40.0μg.mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9993,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为1.9%。结论本法简便、准确,可用于菟丝子中对-香豆酸的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To determine the content of p-coumaric acid in Cuscuta Chinensis Lam.by HPLC.METHODS The chromatographic conditions included column Hypersil C₁₈（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid aqueous（25∶75）,flow rate at 1.0mL min^-1,wavelength at 308 nm. RESULTS The linearity of p-coumaric acid was in the range of 2.0～40.0μg·mL^-1（r=0.9993）,and the average recovery was 99.9%,RSD=1.9%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,sensitive and accurate to determine the content of p-coumaric acid in Cuscuta Chinensis Lam.更多还原
