【摘要】 目的研究开发增加丁苯酞溶解度的新方法。方法采用混合型微胞增溶法。结果磷脂混合型微胞能明显增加丁苯酞的溶解度,其溶解度较水溶液增加30倍。结论所建方法工艺简便,产品长期贮存质量稳定,为丁苯酞的注射剂型的开发打下了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study a new method for increasing the solubility of the butylphthalide.METHODS The mixed micells solubilization was adopted. RESULTS The developed method could increase the solubility of the butylphthalide,and the solubility in phospholipids mixed micells was 30 times higher than in water.CONCLUSION The process was simply and the mixed solution could keep stable quality in the long stockpile.The method could be preferable for the exploitation of butylphthalide injection.更多还原
