【摘要】 目的对具有温肾助阳、补肾育精、和血补气、回春固本作用的补肾强精颗粒剂进行有关的男性不育症药效学研究。方法以肉苁蓉、制何首乌、海龙、狗鞭、仙茅、菟丝子、补骨脂等10味中药组成的补肾强精颗粒剂为试验材料,采用乙酸棉酚造模大鼠研究其对精子生成、精子活率及其活力的作用,试验其药效作用。结果补肾强精颗粒剂可显著地增加乙酸棉酚造模大鼠精子数量、精子活率及其活力,并能增强精子对毛细管的穿透能力。体外试验证明,可直接提高豚鼠精子活力及其受精能力。结论该方剂具有一定的补肾助阳功能,使用该方剂可用于治疗因少精子症、弱精子症和少精子伴弱精子症所致的男性不育症。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the therapy effect of Bushen Qiangjin granules(BSQJG) on oligozoospermia, asthenozoospermia and oligoasthenozoospermia in rat induced by gossypol. METHODS Gossypol acetic acid was given to male adult rats by oral three-day at a dosage of 50mg/kg for 15 days,and then BSQJ with various dosage from 5g/kg to 10g/kg was given to the rats-pretreated using gossypol on everyday for one month.Spermatogenesis in testis and sperm maturation in cauda epididymis were evaluated for therapy effect of BSQJ. RESULTS BSQJ granules obviously increase the sperm quantity,improve their viability and enhance their motility on rat infertility model caused by gossypol acetic acid. Furthermore,it can also promote the ability that sperm penetrate the medium in the capillary tube.It directly enhance the guinea pig sperm motility and their fertilization ability at the same time in vitro.CONCLUSION BSQJ granules can be used to cure the male infertility caused by oligozoospermia and asthenozoospermia.更多还原
