【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定驱白巴布期片中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。方法高效液色谱法。Krom asil C18柱,乙腈-水(36∶64)为流动相,检测波长247nm。结果补骨脂素进样量在10~90ng,异补骨脂素进样量在9.6~86.4ng内线性关系良好,相关系数补骨脂素r=0.9999,异补骨脂素r=0.9999,平均回收率补骨脂素为99.87%(RSD=1.07%),异补骨脂素为98.70%(RSD=1.07%)。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于驱白巴布期片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the assay of psoralen and isopsoralen in Qubai Babuqi tablet.METHODS It was assayed by HPLC.The column was Kromasil C₁₈,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（36∶64）.The UV detection wavelength was 247nm. RESULTS Good linearity of psoralen was showed within the range of 10⁹0ng（r=0.999 9） and isopsoralen within the range of 9.6⁸6.4ng（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery of psoralen was 99.87%（RSD=1.07%） and of isopsoralen was 98.70%（RSD=1.07%）.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and good reproducibility.It can be used for quality control of Qubai Babuqi tablet.更多还原
