【摘要】 目的采用高效液相色谱法建立丹参药材的指纹图谱。方法Sh im-pack VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm)为色谱柱,甲醇和0.5%冰醋酸水采用梯度洗脱,流速0.8mL/m in,检测波长281nm。结果精密度、重现性和稳定性试验中各共有峰相对保留时间的RSD均小于5%,符合有关规定。结论本方法可以作为控制丹参内在质量的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The method of high performance liquid chromatography was established for the analysis of fingerprint of Salvia miltiorrhaiz Bge..METHODS The separation was performed on an analytical Shim-pack VP-ODS(150×4.6mm)column.The mobile phase was methanol and 5% acetic acid-water,gradient elute.The UV detector was set at 281nm.
