【摘要】 目的探讨血管造影及介入治疗在消化道大出血中的诊断和治疗价值。方法对58例消化道大出血病人进行血管造影检查,对有阳性发现的病例行药物灌注或栓塞治疗。结果58例动脉造影阳性发现率74.1%。其中27例行栓塞治疗,16例行药物灌注,均成功止血。结论血管造影为消化道大出血的有效检查方法,介入治疗为止血的重要手段之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of angiography and intervention in the diagnosis and treatment of massive hemorrhage of digestive tract. Methods Fifty-eight patients with massive hemorrhage of digestive tract received angiography and positive cases were treated with embolism or drug perfusion. Results 74.1% of patients had abnormal signs in 58 patients. Among them, 27 patients were treated with embolism and 16 patients underwent drug perfusion. Hemostasis was obtained in all patients. Conclusion Angiography plays an important role in the detection of massive hemorrhage of digestive tract and intervention has been proven to be an important means for stopping hemorrhage.更多还原
