新型水性带锈转锈乳液的合成及环保型防锈涂料的制备研究
Synthesis of New Type Waterborne Rust Conversion Emulsion and Environmentally Friendly Anti-Rust Coatings Therewith
【摘要】 利用反应型乳化剂、(甲基)丙烯酸及其酯类单体为共聚单体,以自制甲基丙烯酸-β-磷酸酯为络合单体合成氟碳乳液,并以该乳液为成膜物质,制备了集除锈、防锈于一体的功能型水性防锈涂料。制备的防锈涂料在施工时不需要严格的除锈工艺,涂刷后具有很好的耐水性、耐化学药品性、耐候性和装饰效果。
【Abstract】 Fluorocarbon emulsion is synthesized with reactive emulsifier,(methyl) acrylic acid and(methyl) acrylate as comonomers,self-made methyl acrylic-β-phosphate as complex monomer.The functional waterborne antirust coating with performances of both derusting and antirust is prepared therewith.The obtained antirust coating doesn′t need strict derusting process,and it shows excellent water resistance,chemicals resistance,weatherability decoration effects.
