【摘要】 目的介绍开展脐部单孔双Trocar腹腔镜阑尾切除术的经验和体会。方法2004年6月~2006年6月对27例阑尾炎患者应用腹腔镜在脐部建立一个戳孔,安置双Trocar,将阑尾提出腹腔,于体外行阑尾切除术。结果平均手术时间35(20~50)min。术后当天患者即能下床活动,进流质饮食,术后住院时间2~3d,腹部疤痕不明显,27例患者均无切口感染、腹腔残余脓肿、肠粘连等并发症。结论只要腹腔镜操作技术熟练,病例选择恰当,脐部单孔双Trocar腹腔镜阑尾切除术创伤小,手术安全,成功率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce laparoscopic appendectomy(LA) with double trocar through single port on umbilicus. Methods A port was made on umbilicus followed by placement of two trocar, the appendixes were moved out of peritoneal cavity under laparoscopy and excised extra-abdominally. Results Average operation duration was 35 minutes(20～50 minutes), hospital stay was 2 to 3 days, the patients could walk around and take liquid diet on the operative day. There was no incision infection, abscess, or adhesion, and the incision scar was unremarkable. Conclusion LA with double trocar through single port on umbilicus is feasible and safe for right indications.更多还原
