内踝上皮瓣修复足跟软组织缺损

【摘要】 目的探讨内踝上皮瓣修复足跟后部(跟后区)软组织缺损的效果。方法1999年3月~2005年5月采用胫后动脉内踝上皮支血管供血的内踝上皮瓣逆行移位修复跟后区软组织缺损18例,皮瓣面积(6cm×5cm)~(15cm×10cm)。结果18例皮瓣全部成活,平均随访8(4~28)个月,皮瓣感觉恢复,质地良好,外形不臃肿。结论该皮瓣血运可靠,切取简便安全,质地好,厚薄适中,特别是不牺牲小腿的主要血管,是一种修复跟后区软组织缺损的较好皮瓣。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of using flaps based medial supramalleolar branches of the posterior tibial artery for repairing soft tissue defects in heel. Methods From March 1999 to May 2005,18 cases of the soft-tissue defects in the back of heel were treated by using flaps based medial supramalleolar branches of the posterior tibial with an area ranged from (6 cm×5 cm) to (15 cm×10 cm). Results With 4 to 28 months follow-up, the flaps all survived and recovered well in sensory and appearance in 18 cases. Conclusion This kind of flap demonstrate the advantage of reliable blood supply, simple manipulating, superior texture, appropriate thickness and in particular the avoidance of sacrificing the major arteries, can be highly recommended.
