基于以太网的注塑机远程监控系统
The Long Distance Monitor and Control System of Injection Machine Basing on the Ethernet
【摘要】 提出了一种利用贝加莱4PP120的以太网接口实现注塑机远程监控的解决方案,介绍了在B&R(贝加莱)的Au-tomation Studio编程环境中实现TCP/IP通信的方法;分析了注塑机远程监控系统应用软件的基本框架和在VC软件中实现Winsock的基本方法。
【Abstract】 One method to realize the long distance monitor and control of injection machine using the Ethernet interface of B&R was put forward.The method how to implement the TCP/IP communication in the B&R Automation Studio was introduced.The basic structure of applications of the long distance monitor and control system of injection machine,the basic method implementing Winsock were analyzed.
