紫外光辐照聚丙烯膜接枝丙烯酸的研究
Study on Photografting of Acrylic Acid onto PP Film by UV Radiation
【摘要】 在水性体系中,通过紫外光辐照丙烯酸(AA)接枝到聚丙烯膜表面。考察了引发剂二苯甲酮(BP)用量、AA的体积分数、辐照时间、反应温度对接枝率的影响,以及不同接枝率下接枝膜对水接触角的变化。结果表明,接枝率在辐照时间为7 min,AA体积分数为55%,BP用量为0.075 g及反应温度为60℃时达到最大值。
【Abstract】 Photografting of acrylic acid(AA) onto PP film surface was carried out in aqueous solution by UV radiation.The effects of the dosage of benzophenone(BP) initiator,AA volume fraction,irradiation time and reaction temperature on the grafting yield were investigated.And the changing contact angles were studied under different grafting yield.The results showed that the highest value of grafting yield could be obtained with radiation time of 7 min,AA volume fraction of 55%,BP dosage of 0.075 g and reaction temperature of(60 ℃.)
