百合无症病毒检测方法的研究
DETECTION OF LILY SYMPTOMLESS VIRUS
【摘要】 [目的]建立从百合种球幼芽中直接检测百合无症病毒(LSV)的体系。[方法]通过DAS-ELISA和一步法RT-PCR两种方法对百合种球幼芽和百合植株叶片中的百合无症病毒(LSV)进行对比检测研究。[结果]从百合种球幼芽和叶片中均可用DAS-ELISA检测到LSV,且两种方法检测阳性结果表现高度一致性。[结论]两种方法均可实现对百合无症病毒LSV的检测,但DAS-ELISA法更经济,更便于操作。
【Abstract】 A method for detection in lily symptomless virus(LSV)from lily bulbs was developed.Comparative studies of DAS-ELISA and one-step RT-PCR were taken to detect LSV isolated from the young scales and leaves of lily bulbs.LSV extracted from young scales and leaves were both detected successfully by DAS-ELISA and one-step RT-PCR with the same positive detection rate.The experiment results show that above-mentioned two methods are both good techniques for LSV identification,with DAS-ELISA more economic and easily operated comparatively.
