【Abstract】 In this paper,we briefly discussed some details on determination of malachite green in aquatic products by HPLC method,and the reasons and solving methods to the problems of reextraction demixing,dissolution stratification,dissolution reagent,and linearity of calibration curve,sensitivity,and chromatographic peak sequence.We discussed the possible mechanism of the conversion between malachite green and leuco malachite green.All these could be taken as the reference in routine test.更多还原
