图书馆知识资本管理
【摘要】 概述知识资本理论;阐述图书馆知识资本结构;阐述图书馆知识资本管理的主要因素:知识本身管理、知识资源管理与知识资本管理;图书馆知识资本评估;图书馆知识资本的经营;图书馆知识资本的增值及其对知识资本所有者的素质要求。
【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the theory of intellectual capital,expounds the structure of intellectual capital in library and key factors of intellectual capital management in library:knowledge management,knowledge resource management and intellectual capital management.It also expounds the evaluation,running,increment of intellectual capital in library as well as the quality requirement of intellectual capital possessors.
