【摘要】 政府职能转变后,科技部对查新机构的监管职能被削弱,高校查新机构面向市场后该如何发展?本文指出,高校查新机构应立足查新,成立行业协会,规范查新业务,同时积极拓展新的业务方向,如竞争情报服务、编制投融资报告、资信调查和知识产权服务等,并对相应的对策和措施作了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The supervisory function of the Ministry of Science and Technology becomes weak after government function transition.And how to develop is an important problem for the marketoriented university novelty-checking institution.Based on the novelty-checking,the guild should be established to standardize the novelty-checking operation.In addition,new services such as competitive intelligence,investment and financing report compilation,credit information and intellectual property service should be developed.The relative strategies and policies are also discussed in this paper.更多还原
