中小企业融资困境对策探讨

【Abstract】 This paper gives countermeasures of fund-raising for medium and small-sized enterprises with the development of marketing economy and the reform of economic instruction.The medium and small-sized enterprises,which play an increasing important role in our society,have became one of the driving power in national economy and the development of society.However,the fund-raising problems have hinderded the development of medium and small-sized enterprises seriously,owing to the contradiction between the policy,law and economic environment.Thus,we should analysis the problems of fund-raising in enterprises and put forward correlative countermeasures.更多还原
