企业技术创新环境测度指标体系的研究

【摘要】 本文针对我国当前加快建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研相结合的技术创新体系这一现状,指出当务之急是建设有利的自主创新环境。在分析企业技术创新环境因素的基础上,探索性地构建一套技术创新环境状况测度指标体系,为各级政府和企业提供环境评价依据,为改善和营造良好的环境氛围提供重点发展方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Directing against current situation of quickly setting up technological innovation system,which not only regard enterprise as subject and market as direction,but also manufacture and school as well as research institution combination,this article points out to construct a favorable environment urgently of initiative innovation.On the basis of analyzing enterprise’s technological innovation environment factor,it constructs a conjecture index system of enterprise’s technological innovation.It can provide evaluation criteria for every level government and enterprise,meanwhile it can offer emphasis expansive direction for improving and constructing the advantageous environment.更多还原
