数字图书馆的虚拟参考咨询服务新论
【摘要】 文章对网络图书馆的虚拟参考咨询服务的发展和服务方式进行了探讨,就如何加强网络图书馆的虚拟咨询服务的建设与管理提出几点合理化的建议。
【Abstract】 This article discusses the development and application of Virtual Reference Service in Digital Libraries.The author in this article puts forwards rational suggestion about how to facilitate the establishment and management of this service.
