手术室教学计划的改革与实践

【摘要】 目的探讨手术室教学计划改革的效果,以提高教学质量。方法根据手术室工作特点和护生情况制订带教方案,内容包括:建立健全的带教管理制度及实习计划公开化及明确化、操作示范、手术配合的讨论和健康教育能力的培养等方面。结果护生的主观能动性、工作积极性和实际操作能力得到提高。结论制订可行的带教方案能使护生实现温故知新,从理论到实践,实现护生的角色转变,是提高护生综合能力的重要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of the teaching program in operation room(OR) and to improve the educational quality.Methods A teaching program reflecting the features of OR was formulated,which included forming a perfect administration system,making public the teaching outlines and practice projects,discussing operation procedures,and culturing the ability of health education.Result The activeness,enthusiasm and practical abilities in nursing students were improved.Conclusion A feasible teaching program and measure can help students gain new insights through reviewing old materials,change their role from theory to practice,and improve the integrated ability.更多还原
