高强度聚焦超声治疗肝癌的护理

【摘要】 目的总结高强度聚焦超声(h igh-intensity focused u ltrasound,H IFU)治疗肝癌的护理要点。方法2005年5~7月对37例肝癌患者进行H IFU治疗及护理。结果所有患者术后经B超证实肝癌肿瘤得到有效热凝固。术后局部皮肤肿胀37例,其中Ⅰ°烫伤3例,皮肤Ⅱ°、Ⅲ°烫伤各1例,经治疗护理均愈合。结论H IFU可有效治疗肝癌,护理中强调治疗前应做好患者心理护理,树立患者治疗信心;治疗过程做好靶区皮肤、脱气水、水温的监测以及体位固定等配合;治疗后严密监测生命体征,做好皮肤护理,减少护理并发症,有利于H IFU治疗顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the important aspects in nursing patients who underwent high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU).Method From May to July in 2005,37 patients with liver cancer underwent HIFU treatment.Results All the tumors in the above patients got effective thermocoagulation.There were 3 cases ofⅠ° burning,one Ⅱ°and one Ⅲ° burning.Conclusions Before the treatment,we should give the patients psychological nursing to relieve their fear and establish their confidence in the therapy.During the therapy,skin preparation of the target area,preparation of degasificate water,monitoring of water temperature,fixation of body position and modulation of the water temperature are important to decrease the harm to skin.After the treatment,close monitor of the vital signs and careful nursing of the skin can reduce the incidence of nursing complications.更多还原
