精神分裂症患者药物依从性相关因素的调查与分析

【摘要】 目的探讨影响精神分裂症患者药物依从性的相关因素,并提出对策。方法采用药物依从性调查表,对320例精神分裂症患者的药物依从性进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果患者药物依从性与年龄、婚姻、受教育程度、家庭人际关系、社区医疗服务、经济状况、照顾者的知识、药物副作用有关(P<0.05)。结论关注精神分裂症患者心理、社会因素对提高患者的药物依从性和减少疾病的复发具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the factors related with medicine compliance in patients with schizophrenia and find out strategies.Methods 320 patients with schizophrenia were surveyed to investigate the medicine compliance.Result The medicine compliance of patients with schizophrenia were related with factors such as age,marital status,educational level,family relationship,health service in community,economic status,watcher’s knowledge and side effect of medicines(P<0.05).Conclusion It is important to pay attention to the psychological and social factors in patients with schizophrenia for improving the medicine compliance and reducing the recurrence of the disease.更多还原
