两种抽血法在小儿股静脉穿刺中的应用及效果分析

【摘要】 目的探讨高效、安全的小儿股静脉穿刺采血方法。方法选取在门诊抽血室行股静脉穿刺采血的患儿(年龄0~12个月)200例,按门诊收费发票号的单数号与双数号分成真空负压试管抽血组(A组)与传统注射器抽血组(B组),每组100例,比较两组病例一次穿刺成功率、发生皮下血肿、凝血以及造成医源性污染等现象。结果采用真空试管抽血法能提高一次穿刺成功率,减少发生皮下血肿、凝血的现象,避免造成医源性污染现象的发生,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论真空负压试管抽血法具有干净安全、简单快捷、准确可靠的优点,更加符合传染病防治法的要求,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study an efficient and safe method to collect blood in children’s femoral venous puncture.Methods 200 children patients(whose age were under 12 months) who were phlebotomized in out-patient department were divided into vacuum blood collection group(group A) and traditional blood collection group(group B) according to the out-patient service charge number,100 cases in each group.The one-time success rate,the rates of subcutaneous hematoma,blood agglutination and iatrogenic contamination were compared.Results Using vacuum test tube to collect blood samples can raise the one-time success rate,reduce the occurrence of subcutaneous hematoma and blood agglutination,and avoid iatrogenic contamination.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Vacuum blood collection method is clean,safe,simple,speedy,accurate and dependable,and is worth generalizing.更多还原
