心脏直视术后患者气管插管期间的心理状态分析及护理

【摘要】 目的探讨心脏直视术后患者的心理反应及护理措施,帮助患者顺利度过复苏关。方法观察并总结102例心脏直视手术后患者的心理反应。结果45例出现焦虑、紧张心理,23例出现不安全感,经加强心理护理,皆顺利度过复苏关。结论做好心脏直视术后气管插管患者的心理护理,减轻患者的不良心理反应,是使患者顺利度过复苏关的关键之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore patients’ psychological reaction during trachea cannula after open heart surgery,and to explore nursing interventions to help patients resuscitate successfully.Methods Patients’ psychological reactions during trachea cannula after open heart surgery were observed and summarized.Results 45 patients had negative mental status of anxiety and tension,23 cases had insecurity after open heart surgery,and they finally resuscitated successfully after mental nursing.Conclusion One of the key points of successful operation is to strengthen the mental nursing intervention during trachea cannula after open heart surgery and lessen the negative psychological reactions.更多还原
