纤维胃镜消毒与灭菌情况的调查

【摘要】 目的了解医院纤维胃镜消毒情况。方法于2005年3～6月抽样调查我市纤维胃镜消毒效果。结果纤维胃镜消毒合格率92%,致病菌检出率为8%,其中细菌种类为草绿链球菌1株、表皮葡萄球菌1株、变形杆菌2株。结论正确应用消毒灭菌方法,加强对纤维胃镜消毒管理和人员的培训,对提高纤维胃镜消毒灭菌合格率,减少医源性感染具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the disinfection condition of fiber gastroscopes in hospital, improve the disinfection quality and control the hospital influence. Method According to Operation Standard for Cleaning and Disinfection Technology of Inner Scope and Technical Standard for Disinfection, gastroscopes disinfection were tested. Results The qualification rate of gastroscopes was 92%.The detectable rate of germina was 8%. Conclusion It is very important to strengthen the training and management of cleaning and disinfection of gastroscopes.更多还原
