【摘要】 目的探讨循证护理在初次确诊为恶性肿瘤患者中的作用。方法103例初次确诊为恶性肿瘤的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组按循证护理原则,作出评价,采取适合患者的护理措施;对照组采用一般的健康教育,比较两种护理方法患者生理、心理反应情况。结果两组患者在实施相应的护理后,焦虑状态、收缩压及脉搏的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在实施循证护理后,其焦虑状态明显降低,而且收缩压和脉搏均在正常范围,低于对照组患者。结论运用循证护理的方法对恶性肿瘤患者进行护理,有助于缓解初次确诊为恶性肿瘤患者的心理、生理反应,使患者保持良好的心理状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of evidence-based nursing to patients diagnosed to have malignant tumor for the first time. Methods 103 patients who were diagnosed to have malignant tumor for the first time were divided into two groups. The observation group were appraised through evidence-base nursing principles and adopted the suitable nursing methods. The control group adopted the general health education. Patients′ physiological and psychological situation in the two groups were compared. Results There were significance difference between the two groups in patients′ anxiety, the systolic pressure and the pulse after corresponding nursing (P < 0.05).The observation group patients from evidence-based nursing, their anxiety was obviously reduced, and the systolic pressure and the pulse were under normal scope and lower than the control group. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is helpful in alleviating physiological and psychological responses and keeping their psychological adaptability for patients who were diagnosed to have malignant tumor for the first time.更多还原
