【摘要】 目的观察苦参碱治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效及护理。方法将80例乙型肝炎病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规的护肝治疗,治疗组加用苦参碱;两组均配合心理护理和生活护理,治疗前后各抽血检查肝功能、十二项,观察谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及血清总胆红素(TBIL)等指标的变化情况。结果治疗组在临床症状、ALT和TBIL 方面的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0．05)。结论苦参碱有退黄速度快,肝功能恢复快,副作用少等优点;做好心理护理和病情观察对提高慢性乙型肝炎的疗效具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Marin on decreasing the levels of Alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and total Bilirubin (TBIL) and nursing. Methods 80 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. Both were given regular nursing and routine treatments, while the experimental group was given an extra 100-150 mg Marin once a day. The course of treatments was two months. The level changes of serum ALT and TBIL in the patients with CHB after Marin treatment was observed. Results The clinical symptoms were improved more significantly and the levels of serum ALT and TBIL were reduced more remarkably in the experimental group than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Marin can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CHB and showed little adverse effect in the period of treatment. It is effective and safe to patients with CHB.更多还原
