CT导向下¹²⁵I粒子植入治疗肺转移瘤的护理

【摘要】 目的总结应用CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗肺转移瘤的护理方法。方法应用CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗18例肺转移瘤,同时配合做好术前心理护理,放射性防护及预防并发症的发生。结果治疗总有效率为77．9％,2例出现气胸,肺压缩在30％以内,经保守治疗后好转;术后1周痰中带血15例,白细胞下降2例。结论 125I粒子植入治疗对正常组织损伤小而对肿瘤组织杀伤力大、精确性高、毒副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the nursing points in dealing with patients treated by implantation of 125I Seed for metastatic tumor of lung. Methods 18 patients with metastatic tumor of lung were treated by implantation of 125I Seed. Before operation, psychological nursing was given. Results The overall effective rate was 77.9%. Pneumothorax occurred in two cases. The lung was reduced within 30%. The white blood cell count decreased in two cases. Conclusion Implantation of 125I Seed has little harm to normal tissues but overkills the tumor tissues with high accuracy and little side-effect.更多还原
