【摘要】 目的比较常规根管预备方法和冠一根向根管预备法在根管预备时,从根尖孔被挤压出的冲洗液量和碎屑量的重量差,以选择较好的根管预备法。方法选择直根管的22颗切牙,分别置入集液瓶盖中固定并封闭。用常规根管预备法和冠一根向预备法预备根管,同时用计10ml液体进行根管交替冲洗。收集预备前后的集液瓶重量,称出根尖挤出物。结果冠一根向根管预备组的根尖挤出量明显少于常规根管预备组,并有显著差异。结论冠一根向根管预备方法科学,可以减少根尖挤出物的量,能有效防止肿胀、疼痛并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To make a comparison of periapical extrusion from the apical foramen by conventional hand filing and crown-down techniques.Methods Twenty-two human incisors were respectively fixed in glass vial.Root canals were instrumented to the apical constriction with two techniques.Apically extruded debris and irrigation were measured.Results There was significant difference in the amounts of extrusion between two techniques.Conclusion Crown-down technique extruded the less amount of debris and irrigation,whereas conventional hand filing was shown to force out more extrusion.更多还原
