【摘要】 目的探讨颧骨复合体骨折临床治疗方法。方法总结66例颧骨复合体骨折患者,手术入路经睑缘下和口内前庭沟切口,直视下解剖复位、固定,眶底缺损用人工骨重建,陈旧性骨折正颌手术治疗,通过临床和X线检查评价治疗效果。结果63例患者术后功能和面形明显改善。结论睑缘下和口内联合切口能充分暴露骨折区,利于解剖复位,颧上颌复合体骨折应早期手术,应用微型钛板固定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the treatment for patients with zygomatic complex fracture.Methods Sixty-six(66) cases with zygomatic complex fracture were reviewed retrospectively.The surgical approaches were combination incisions though margine of the lower eyelid and intraoral incision.The operative procedures included anatomic reduction,rigid internal fixation,orthognathic surgery and orbital floors were reconstruction by artificial bone substitute.The curative effect was evaluated by clinical examination and radiography.Results The 63 cases were cured successfully,function and face profile were improved significantly.Conclusion The combination incision has good exposure in dealing with zygomatic complex fracture.The fracture should be treated early and rigid internal fixation with Titanium microplate that would be very useful in zygomatic complex fracture.更多还原
