【摘要】 目的部分先天性牙颌畸形及颌骨外伤后错位愈合所致咬合关系异常的患者,由于某种原因不能接受正畸或正颌外科矫正时,探讨应用可摘局部义齿进行双牙列的美容修复,以改善其咀嚼功能及美观效果的可行性。方法利用可摘局部义齿对患者进行双牙列义齿修复,并进行随访调查。结果经2~5年随访发现,利用此修复方式能较好的恢复患者的咀嚼功能及面部的美观。结论采用可摘局部义齿对某些咬合关系异常的患者进行双牙列修复,可以收到满意的效果,其制作方法简便,易于推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the possibility that the double dentition removable dentures were used to improve the clinical effects in abnormal occlusion patients that couldn’t be treated by orthodontics or the maxillfacial surgery method for several reasons. Methods We made the double dentition removable dentures for the patients and had the following-up studies.Results Through 2～5-years following-up, the effects those restare the facial deforming and improve the masfacatory functions were observed by clinical metuhods.Conclusion It was perfect effects in clinic to use the double dentition removable dentures, which could progress the esthetics and functions in abnormal occlusion patients, and it is not difficult to do.更多还原
