【摘要】 目的:就当代医学新模式在社区精神病患者康复中的应用,探讨构建新医学模式的问题。资料来源:应用计算机检索万方数据库、全国医学期刊数据库2003-01/2005-06期间包括各年龄阶段精神病患者的相关文献,检索词为“社区医疗”、“康复医学”及“精神病学”。限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,纳入研究论著和符合预防、治疗、康复点的要求,符合医学模式线的要求,符合当代社会发展面需求的论文。排除不具典型个人心理发展特征的论文,如急性脑外伤所致的精神障碍等与重复研究。资料提炼:共检索110篇关于研究“现代医学模式”、“社区医疗模式”、“精神疾病”、“康复医疗”的文献。排除的84篇中68篇是重复的同一研究,16篇是Meta分析研究。资料综合:本文就当代医学新模式进行了初探,尤其是在社区精神病患者康复中的应用,从个人、社区、医疗机构到农村阐述了构建新医学模式的问题。特别强调以预防及病愈后跟踪服务的新方式,将医学的对象扩大到临床痊愈的正处于康复阶段的出院患者。结论:新医学模式在社区精神康复中应用尤为重要,其以发扬社区、农村服务的优势,以人为本,公平、公正、平等地对待每一个初愈患者,可以减少病残率,提高精神病患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: A new model for contemporary medical rehabilitation of the mental disease in the community applications,to probe into the question of constructing the new medical mode. DATA SOURCES: Using computer we searched the WANFANG database,National Medicine Periodical Database for related articles of various ages stage psychopath published from January 2003 to June 2005 with the Keywords of "community medical service,rehabilitative medicine,psychiatry" in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: The first trial to the materials was carried on,and articles lined with the research to discuss and conformed to prevention,treatment,restored to a health request,conformed to the medicine pattern line requirement,conformed to the surface demand paper of contemporary society development were included. Articles without the model individual psychology development characteristics such as the dysphrenia result from acute brain flesh wound and so on as well as repetition researches were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: Altogether 110 articles about the research of "modern medicine pattern","community medical service pattern","mental disease","rehabilitative medical treatment" were retrieved. Of the 84 excluded articles,68 articles were repetitive research and 16 articles were Meta analysis research. DATA SYNTHESIS: This article made a initial search in the new pattern of contemporary medicine,especially in application for the community psychopath. From individual,community and medical establishment to the countryside the question of the new medicine pattern was constructed. Specially to emphasize the new way of follow-up service after prevention and recovery from an illness,medical objects were expanded clinically to the discharged patients in the rehabilitative stage. CONCLUSION: The new medicine pattern plays an important role in mental rehabilitation in community,is characterized by developing the community and countryside service,humanist,fair,justness,equally treating each patient at the beginning of recovery,may reduce sick and disabled rate,improve psychopath’s quality of life.更多还原
