失神经支配骨骼肌的变化

【摘要】 目的:剧烈运动导致的神经损伤往往会影响骨骼肌的功能,为更好治疗和恢复各种原因引起的失神经支配骨骼肌的萎缩和变化,对骨骼肌失神经支配后肌肉变化规律进行综述。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1980-01/2005-10与失神经肌肉变化相关的文章,检索词“losinginnervation,muscle”,并限定文章语言种类为“English”。检索中国期刊全文数据库1980-01/2005-10的相关文献,检索词“失神经,肌肉”,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取失神经肌肉变化相关文献。并查找全文,排除重复性研究及经验和个案报告文献。资料提炼:在检索85篇文献中有40篇文献是关于失神经后肌肉的变化等研究的文献。删除16篇重复性研究,进行资料整理,选用其中24篇作为参考文献。资料综合:失神经支配后的骨骼肌中Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶的活性和肌糖原含量随失神经时间的延长而降低,而脯氨酸-4-羟化酶的含量和活性都有提高,亚细胞结构变的杂乱无序,成肌调节因子家族在失神经后大量表达对神经在支配其很重要作用。结论:对各种失神经骨骼肌萎缩的治疗要尽量减少以上的退行性变化,为神经再支配和肌肉功能的恢复打下基础。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: The injury of neuron caused by violent exercise can affect the function of skeletal muscle. In order to treat and recover amyotrophy and muscle’s change of denervation somatic muscles induced by all sorts of reasons, to summarize the mutative rule after somatic muscle losing innervation. DATA SOURCES: We searched the Medline database for related articles from January 1980 to October 2005, using the key word of "losing innervation, muscle", and limited the language to English. Meanwhile, we also searched China Journal Full-text Database (CJFD) for related literatures from January 1980 to October 2005, using the key words of "losing innervation, muscle" in Chinese. STUDY SELECTION: After the first selection, the articles on the change of denervated skeletal muscle were collected. The full texts were searched, and the literatures of repetitive researches, experiences or individual case were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: Among the 85 articles, 40 articles were on the change of denervated skeletal muscle. Sixteen articles on repetitive research were excluded. After arranging the data, 24 of them were served as references. DATA SYNTHESIS: After denervation, the activities of Na+-K+-ATP enzyme and Ca2+-ATP enzyme in somatic muscle had been down with prolongation of the time, the activity and quantity of prolyl-4-hydroxyloase had been raised, and inferior cytoarchitectures had been disordered, and it was important for neuron reinnervation to express largely the family of myogenic regulating factor. CONCLUSION: To treat amyotrophy of somatic muscles caused by losing innervation must be to reduce the change of anaplasia, it is the base of recovering reinnervation and muscle function.
