白藜芦醇生物学作用及其在抗运动性疲劳中的应用前景
Biological effects of resveratrol and its prospect against sports fatigue
【摘要】 目的:分析白藜芦醇在体内的吸收代谢过程,以及白藜芦醇的抗氧化作用和免疫调节作用,探讨白藜芦醇在抗运动性疲劳中的应用前景。资料来源:用计算机检索ElsevierScience和Springer数据库1982-01/2005-06与白藜芦醇研究相关的文章,检索词主要为“resveratrol,absorbtion,antioxidation,immunomodulatory”,并限定文章语言为英文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,被选文献符合以下标准:①白藜芦醇的吸收代谢。②白藜芦醇抗氧化方面的研究。③白藜芦醇免疫调节方面的研究。排除标准:实验设计和结果类似的文章,观点模糊和重复性的综述。资料提炼:共搜索到155篇相关文章,对检索到的文章相关信息综合加以概括综述,符合标准的41篇为英文全文。其中有关白藜芦醇的吸收代谢文章7篇,抗氧化作用27篇,免疫调节作用5篇。资料综合:白藜芦醇主要通过空肠回肠吸收,糖苷配基可能是调节白藜芦醇吸收率的关键,白藜芦醇通过肝肠循环代谢,主要从尿液和粪便中排出;白藜芦醇在体内外都具有强大的抗氧化作用,其对心血管和神经系统的保护作用和抗癌作用尤为突出;白藜芦醇对机体特异性免疫和非特异性免疫功能都具有调节功能;大强度运动训练引起机体组织氧化损伤和免疫功能降低是导致运动性疲劳的重要因素。结论:白藜芦醇在抗运动性疲劳中的应用具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To analyze the metabolism of resveratrol in vivo and the effect on anti-oxidation and immunoloregulation so as to probe into the prospect of resveratrol against sports fatigue.DATA SOURCES: The related articles were retrieved in Elsevier Science and Springer databases with the Keyword of"resveratrol,absorbstion,antioxidation,and immunomodulatory" in English from January 1982 to June 2005. STUDY SELECTION: All articles were firstly selected based on criteria as following: ① absorption and metabolism of resveratrol; ② studies on anti-oxidation of resveratrol; ③ studies on immunoloregulation of resveratrol. Exclusion criteria: The articles with similar experiments design,results and the equivocal summarizations were finally excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 155 articles were collected,and 41 papers in English full-text were in accordance with inclusion criteria. Among them,there were 7 papers on absorption and metabolism of resveratrol,27 on anti-oxidation of resveratrol,and 5 on immunoloregulation of resveratrol.DATA SYNTHESIS: Jejunum and ileum were mainly involved in the absorption of resveratrol,and aglycone might be the key factor for the absorption. Resveratrol was excretioned though urine and feces after the circulation between liver and intestines. Resveratrol showed strong anti-oxidation and immunomodulatory effects in vivo and in vitro in relation to anti-carcinogenesis,cardio-protective and nervous protection,and modulation of the specific and nonspecific immunity. Strenuous longtime exercise and training induced injury on body tissue and impaired immune ability could result in sports fatigue. CONCLUSION: Resveratrol is of significance in the application against sports fatigue.
