惯性制动器QGZ-PD01T-03的动力学分析与仿真
Dynamic Analysis and Simulation for Inertia Brake QGZPD01T-03
【摘要】 本文建立了QGZ-PD01T-03型惯性制动器在开启过程中的理论模型,应用MSC.ADAMS软件建立了它的多体系统模型,并在所建模型的基础上对该型号制动器进行了动力学仿真,求解出振动的固有频率及振动模态,从而为惯性制动器的应用和设计提供了参考和依据。
【Abstract】 A simplified theoretical model about the brake’s opening process and a virtual prototype are presented in this paper to make analysis and dynamic simulation for inertia brake QGZ-PD01T-03,Based on MSC.ADAMS,the inertia brake’s natural characteristics are obtained,and then references can be offered for the application and design of inertia brakes.
